PLEASE FAX THE "PRAKLITUT" THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE NOW TO REQUEST THAT THEY PERMIT DANIEL TO STAY FREE UNTIL AFTER HIS MOTHER'S FUNERAL AND UNTIL AFTER THE SHIVA!
Daniel Pinner is scheduled to return to prison tomorrow, Monday. His mother passed away suddenly in London during the Chag. It is still Chag there and the earliest she can be flown in for the funeral in Jerusalem will be tomorrow or the following day, after Daniel has returned to sit out the duration of his prison term for defending himself against Arab marauders.
Please appeal to the prosecutor to agree to Pinner's request to commence his prison term in 10 days rather than tomorrow.
