The Zionist Organization Of America [ZOA] has issued a statement apparently in protest of the girls' incarceration. To be honest, it was hard to tell. THe strongest word in the entire piece was "urge," not even "demand." You can read the staement by clicking the link and make your own judgment.

At least the ZOA bothered to write something. Can that be said for any other American Jewiish organization?

If these girls were Muslim the mainstream press in the US would be all over this story. Such hypocrisy and abuse of power.
Where these children get the strength to take on the Olmert government I don't know. G-d bless them and may they be released soon.
